I purchased your Race & Dine offer yesterday and my wife and I went to the stadium last night for the first time. I have to write to say we had a magnificent night! from the front doorman to our waiter and the tote staff, we were very impressed by their courtesy and helpfulness. we will definetly be back.

A very brief email to say how thrilled yet again we were when we visited your place last Saturday evening !
Four for dinner and races !
From the minute we arrived until we departed your whole team from door to bar to restaurant to tote hostess and all were top class and one couldn't ask for anything better ! Service 100% excellent
Food drinks and prices great and I would highly recommend an evening at Drumbo to friends family and anyone looking or a great evening out !
Keep up the good work we will be back soon!

Hi there, I just wanted to say thank you for a great night out. We went for my husband 30th birthday and our 2nd wedding anniversary and had a fab time. I have never been anywhere with such nice polite and helpful staff, waiter, tote and security(men in black bomber jackets!). From the minute we arrived and were greated by a lovely man showing and telling us how things happened as it was our first time and right up to the very end we were treated very well by everyone. It was a crackin night and our whole party thought so. The food was gorgeous and of course the rose wine!!!! I have and will certainly be recommending u to all my friends and family. Actually I think my cousin is already starting to make arrangements for her sisters 30th and I am sure they will think the same when they go. I am certain we will be visiting again

I should just like to put on record my thanks on behalf of my husband and family for a really great evening on Saturday last (20/10).
This was our first visit to Drumbo Park and I can say that as a result of the outstanding customer service we received that it won’t be our last.
I am not sure of all the names but individuals that deserve a mention range from Jill in the office who went out of her way to accommodate an addition to our party at late notice; the door staff who were professional and courteous throughout; the lady and gentleman at the Restaurant Reception who were so helpful in guiding and assisting our party who arrived at different times; Danielle (our waitress) who was just great with nothing being too much trouble but in particular a special word of thanks to Janine, the tote staff member allocated to our table. Her help, assistance and bubbly personality made it a great fun night for all concerned.
The facilities at Drumbo Park are extremely impressive. The food is excellent and the race and dine package really good value for money. The added touch of a complimentary bottle of “bubbly” from “the boss” was also much appreciated and totally unexpected. Again another example of an outstanding approach to customer service.
This was a family celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was great to find a night’s entertainment that accommodated everyone from the teenagers to their Granny – something that is rare these days.
Since our visit we have passed the word around our extended family and friends and hope that some of them will try Drumbo Park in the near future.

I was lucky enough to be a prize winner ( through Shawfield Greyhounds )and myself and partner Theresa were at your Stadium on Saturday night.
The facilities and the stadium itself are 1st class, part of the prize was the meal and champagne plus £50 Tote vouchers . We were shown to our table (40) and introduced to our waiter Neil and Tote attendant Stephen who both attended to us with great skill and enthusiasm. The meal was excellent from starter to main course through to dessert so compliments to your chief indeed. A big big thank you to both Neil and Stephen for making our night really really enjoyable and to everyone else who worked in putting the prize together.
Although I didn't bet Captain Scolari ( deserved to win on the night ) I did have 3 winners at Drumbo and 2 at Shelbourne, so I cleared my feet on the night.
Thanks again and will be back .

60th birthday party of 16 - Thursday 6th October
Just a note to thank all the staff at Drumbo for the brilliant time we had there on Thursday night. The restaurant staff had everything ready for our arrival and it was no trouble for them to deal with subsequent requests and drink orders, also everyone remarked how excellent the food was.
Never having been to Drumbo before and being a bit slow on the uptake was not problems for the really friendly and knowledgeable Tote staff who guided us through the whole evening, meanwhile very low profile in the background you could tell the security staff were running a really tight ship.
Last but definitely not least, many thanks to you Tracy for making the whole booking procedure so easy.

I visited with the family on Saturday for my fathers birthday and was surprised and impressed at how well run the venue was.
The waitress and tote girl was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good although fillet steak would be a nice addition to the menu. Everyone from arrival to leaving was very pleasant and helpful and gave the impression of a well organised and run venue.
Perhaps the biggest and most welcome was how pleasant, well mannered and seemingly well trained the door men were. It was wonderful to be properly greeted and directed by approachable guys confident enough in their abilities to not have to act like ignorant thugs from first contact. Keep up the good work!

Just wanted to say what a fun experience we all had last night @ the races. We came along as a family in celebration of my hubby’s birthday & had a wonderful evening – the food was good & the craic was mighty. I would like to say that I thought your staff were super, they were very courteous, polite & friendly, there was nothing too much troule for the,.
I was surprised at how posh the stadium was – I’ve never been dog racing before & I really didn’t expect too much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I will be recommending your establishment to all my friends as a really great fun night out for the family. We will certainly be back in the future

Just wanted to tell you that we all enjoyed the nights racing. Your staff were more than excellent, from the initial booking by phone, through showing us to our seats on arrival and the waitressing at the tables not forgetting the young man taking our bets. All knew their jobs and had good communication skills. I would add that one of our party is a HR manager in a large company and she was impressed. Very often one goes to dinners or functions and there are not enough staff to look after those in attendance and money is lost due to the guests not being serviced with drinks etc. It was good to see adequate staff to look after the tables
p.s. I did not win any money but broke even.
